Nice work. Does he just not do anything at all for his lawn?
He actually works very hard on his yard. I found out later that he used Round Up on his yard. He is going to replant new grass. It's still funny to see the guy that works in his yard EVERY day to have the only brown lot on the block.

The answer is NO. Unless you are my neighbor. Then yes, the grass is greener on the other side.
