It's 4:30am and I've been awake for thirty minutes. I'm headed to work to deal with all the maniacs that love to shop on this day. I'll drive past a Walmart on my way to work and I'm sure their parking lot will be full already.
It'll be a fun day watching the sales numbers get bigger and bigger on that computer screen.

I may be a freak but I am also a now proud owner of a 42" panasonic plasma HD/TV :). After working all day I went over to Best Buy at 10pm thinking no one would be there....WRONG I was around #115th person in line. by 2/3am there were around 250 people in line. Luckly at 4am they pass out tickets for certain items of low quantity and special deals. They had 8 of these tv's and I got ticket #6.....i'm just going to write a blog about it tonight check out the full story there.

I too braved the crowds and got 20% off our new bedroom set...that will not be delivered until 2 weeks after we move into our new apartment. (I'll post about our new place too! 2/2 condo in Ponte Vedra Beach - enough room for you to come and visit!!)

I was at ToysRUs at 5 am to buy toys for my tykes. The people I stood in line with were all nice and helped make the time fly by. In all, I saved $70 on my purchases which is pretty good. That's another Nintendo Wii game I can buy for my husband for Christmas. :-)
I avoided the whole seen like it was infested with the plauge. Freaks maybe be an understatment. The outlets here opened at midnight.
