The first half of our day at Epcot was dry. The baby screamed through a lot of that time, but we weren't soaking wet. As lunch approached we were touring the countries and the skies were getting increasingly darker. Shortly after that, it started pouring.
The baby had stopped screaming and actually started laughing as we dashed from country to country, but now we were soaking wet. We made the best of the weather and had a great day as a family running around in the rain.
I'll also through this tidbit of advice your way: If you want to avoid crowds at Disney, go in the rain. It turns out that most people melt if they get wet.

One of our best days at the Magic Kingdom was when there were tornado and severe thunderstorm watches for the Orlando area. We rode the Goofy Barnstorm roller coaster. At the end of the ride there was no one in line, so he let us go around again, then a third time.
