thanks for the comments. The snake is not ours. Playing with that one kinda made me want my own. Now that some time has passed I'm not quite as excited.
Unfortunatly the snake didn't jump on the rat right away. We waited A LONG TIME. When we woke up the rat was gone.
We didn't feed the stinkin' rat anything before hand. He tried to make a nest in the snake cage. and he drank some of the snake's water.
RJ- You should have seen what we tried to get that rat stirred up!

I'm really glade you didn't show the rat getting eaten. I didn't want to keep watching, but I just couldn't stop either.
