Too much to say on the subject in the comments field. I have been in your position and know EXACTLY what you are going through. One thing you have to ask yourself is "Do the sermons not speak to me because they are not inspired by God, or do they not speak to me because I don't want to listen"? I don't know all the details of your situation, but you may have grown too comfortable with your previous pastor that you don't want to listen to anothers different style of preaching. Of course if the church is showing signs of few and fewer alter calls or fewer people being saved, it may be that the pastors sermons are not inspired by God.
